Parent Partner Program 

PROGRAM DETAILS  

Duration: 

Individual sessions with your Academic Coach (the number of sessions depend on the requested program)

12 months of access to your digital office

 Additional Features:

- Weekly access to phone/text support 

- Access to a digital portal 

- 12-month access to session recordings 

- BONUS sessions via recording

Payment and Refund Policy 

- All payments for Parent Program are final after 14 days. 

- No refunds will be issued once services, but funds can be transferred to another Academic Networks, Inc. program (subject to availability). 

 Transfer Policy 

- If you are unable to attend the program after registering, you may defer your enrollment to begin on a future date for up to 3 months. 

- Requests for transfer of services must be made at least 3 days before the start date. 

- Transfers are subject to availability. 

 Digital Portal and Recordings 

- You will have access to the digital portal and all session recordings for 12 months from the start date of your original start date. 

- Access to the portals and recordings is personal and non-transferable.  Do not share login information with anyone that is not designated as a partner. 

-Due to copyright and student privacy, no portion of the digital recordings, intellectual property (including but not limited to images, lessons, literature, and content) may be reproduced or distributed without permission. 

 Conduct and Participation 

- Participants are expected to engage respectfully and actively in all sessions. 

- Delays in submitting requested information to your Academic Coach will result in processing delays.  Make sure to submit requested materials promptly for best and efficient service.  Due to the procurement of technology, resources, and materials, there are no refunds after 14 days. 

- Parents will need to have internet and/or phone access and prepare for a disruption-free environment during sessions. 

Student Support Sessions 

 - Two student support sessions are included to help guide parents through the implementation process. 

- Scholars are encouraged to be present in these sessions to better support their student's success. 

College & Career Tips 

- Weekly college and career tips will be provided throughout the duration of the program. 

- These tips are designed to assist parents and students in planning their academic and professional futures. 

BONUS Practice Sessions 

- Additional practice sessions (including pre-recorded material) may be provided as a bonus to enhance preparation. 

- Participation in bonus sessions is recommended for optimal results. 

Academic Networks Inc (ANI) has software to detect logins from multiple devices.  ANI reserves the right to suspend access to digital services if the account is flagged as being compromised. Request for reinstatement can be made through contacting our support.
